* Volleyball coaching experience at the varsity level
* Experience in leading a volleyball team or program
* Program development - youth level through varsity level
* Teaching degree - PE or other academic areas
* A commitment and expectation to compete at a high level
* Ability to foster confidence/engagement in student-athletes and families through proactive, positive communication
